Labougle, Joaquín
He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 1986 and has been a partner of the firm since 1990. He has extensive experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, administrative law and contracts in general, and has a significant local and international practice. He has coordinated most of the major M&A and privatization transactions in which the firm has participated.

Ibañez, Joaquín
Mr. Ibañez obtained his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, 1992. He obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 1995 and postgraduate studies at the University of London (Banking and Law Unit – Center for Commercial Law Studies – Queen Mary and Westfield College – in 1995. He has been a partner of the firm since 1997. He advises in the areas of financial and corporate law. He has represented numerous companies in various acquisitions, as well as in the restructuring of their financial liabilities. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the International Law Association and the Argentine Committee of Banking Lawyers.

Antelo, Mario
He obtained his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, 1985. He attended the Annual Program of Labor Law at Universidad Austral (2002). He also took part in the “Updating of the Commercial Code” – Editorial La Ley (1988). He teaches Labor Law at the School of Economics, Universidad de Buenos Aires. He is the partner in charge of the labor and social security law department. He provides comprehensive advice in all aspects related to his area of specialization, both in individual and collective labor disputes. In addition, he has vast experience in corporateand bankruptcy matters.

Cibils Robirosa, Hernán
He obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, in 1978 and is one of the founding partners of the firm. He provides advice in the areas of family law and corporate law, with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, and commercial advice. He has also been involved in several real estate projects. He has represented important shareholder groups in corporate acquisitions. He has served as Secretary of the Mediation and Arbitration Center.

Cozzi, Pablo Javier
He graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 1988. He joined the firm in 2000 and previously worked as partner of the law firm “Cozzi-Girini y Asociados” (1989-2000), and as legal consultant of the National Directorate of Domestic Trade of the Ministry of Economy and Public Works and Services of the Nation (Consumer Defense and Commercial Loyalty Directorates) (1998-2000). He attended the Postgraduate Course on In-depth Consumer Law (School of Law and Social Sciences, University of Buenos Aires, 1998) and participated in the First International Conference on Consumer Law and Policy.
