Our firm provided legal counsel to the Mastellone family and Dallpoint Investments LLC during the pre-negotiation and execution of the final documentation formalizing the agreement reached on March 24, 2026, with Arcor S.A.I.C., Bagley Argentina S.A., and Bagley Latinoamérica S.A. Under this agreement, the former ones agreed to sell, and Bagley Argentina S.A. agreed to acquire, shares of Mastellone Hermanos S.A. representing 51.323% of its share capital.
